The Media House coaching

Business coaching for the media and conference industry:
Our business coaching programme, provides a structured process for executives to get clarity on what they want to achieve and how to go about it.

Our coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize their approach to the individual's needs, and to elicit solutions and strategies. We believe that individuals have huge potential, which is frequently not developed. We work with individuals to provide support and clarity and to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the executive already has. While the coach provides feedback and an objective perspective, the executive is responsible for taking the steps to produce the results he or she desires.

Defining goals:
We work with Executives to establish their professional and personal goals within the context of their company’s strategic vision and goals

  1. Understanding and awareness
    We assist the Executive to develop an objective assessment of themselves at a particular time, which includes a deeper understanding of their values, beliefs and also those limiting beliefs that are preventing them from achieving the success they want.
  2. Options for change and development
    At this stage we work with the Executive in identifying the challenges they need to overcome to achieve success and look at the options available to them. These might include acquiring new skills, changing the way they work or letting go of limiting beliefs.
  3. Action plan
    At this stage of the process, Executives will have raised their self awareness and achieved a new clarity on their goals and business. Following this up with a clearly defined, time specific action plan is the key to this session.
  4. Consolidate learning
    There is a follow up meeting to establish progress, learning and any other requirements.
