how can I register?
There are 5 easy ways to register and pay for any of our courses:
how do you know if your booking has been received?
We will confirm your booking within 5 working days by sending an invoice (please inform us when booking if your billing address is different).
am I entitled to a discount?
We offer a wide range of discounts for companies wanting group bookings. For advice on how to get the best deal possible, please email info@the-media-house.co.uk
what happens if you have to cancel?
We appreciated that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your registrations. Full refunds, less 10% administration charge are available on all cancellations received in writing 30 days or more before the course.
Between this date and 15 days before the date of the course there will be a charge of 50% of the course fee. Thereafter, full payment is required, but a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.
what is the timetable?
You are welcome to arrive on day one of the course from 8.30am. Courses start promptly at 9.00am and finish at approximately 5.30pm. (unless we notify you of a change in timing).
where will the course take place?
All of The Media House courses are held in central London. The venue will be confirmed three weeks before the course.

Please note: If you have not received confirmation of your registration before the event, please telephone us to make sure we have registered your booking. With variable postal conditions, your registration form or our confirmation details may have been held up.
Whilst The Media House fully endeavour to adhere to the training programmes listed in this catalogue, circumstances do occasionally arise which necessitate changes to either published course dates or course content. You will receive full notification of any changes at the time of booking. Should you be already booked on a course you will be informed at least 14 working days prior to the commencement of the course in question.
